Our dear friend George Kelly has passed. All of us at PVCA who had the pleasure of working alongside George Kelly during his long tenure as Board member and Watershed Committee Chair are so deeply saddened by his passing. George joined the PVCA Board in the summer of 2008 and served in that capacity through 2016. He remained on the Watershed Committee for several years beyond that, continuing to shepherd stream restoration projects and native plantings along waterways in the Valley. He leaves an impressive legacy of conservation work, benefiting the community and wildlife for decades to come. We will greatly miss his guidance and dedication, along with his wry sense of humor.
