🥾 Guided Hike: Take a short trek along the Pennsylvania Mid State Trail with Jim Flanagan, environmental educator, Penns Valley Conservation Association. The adventure begins with a memorable walk through Poe Paddy Tunnel.
After brief darkness in the tunnel, you will be greeted by gorgeous views of Penn’s Creek, birdsongs, and an abundance of plants and trees surrounding the Mid State Trail.
The trail is welcoming, with wide, flat, even terrain – making this adventure well-suited for people of all ages and fitness levels.
🎣 Wellness Activity: Interested in learning a little more about fly fishing and trying it out for yourself? Penns Creek Chapter Trout Unlimited will be stationed streamside to provide demonstrations, and instructions, and answer your questions about fly fishing in an awe-inspiring setting that’s known for being home to some of the best fishing streams in the country.
